Our Co-Founders, Sridhar, and Zia have a combined 50 years in the real estate space, investment management companies, hedge fund investment. They have individually owned successful commercial real estate investment firms since 2007 and partnered together for over 12 years.
Using their combined successes and lessons learned along the way, Sridhar and Zia envisioned creating a new company with a blank page approach. They wanted to be completely customer centric, build trust, and delight every investor.
What separates us from other players in our space:
We have a completely in-house team that covers the entire asset life cycle. Our strategists locate strategic assets where there is upside in terms of equity and occupancy. Our leasing and maintenance teams manage the properties and proactively make improvements increasing the value of the asset. Our CEO and Chief Strategy Officer make decisions to refinance or liquidate the asset when there is the most upside. Those material gains are returned to our investors.
